The Third Boss

Strategy
Before starting the encounter, you should clear the room of all adds.
The fight takes place over two alternating phases which will change the formation of your raid (one in human form, the other in beast form). Mar'li is accompanied by a low-health mob which can be quickjly eliminated by your DPS.
During this phase, especially after the pull, Mar'li will spawn cocoons around her, which will hatch spiders which will Enlarge and deal increased damage. All of your Close Range DPS should prioritise killing these mobs to prevent them from getting bigger and wiping your raid.
In addition, she will cast Poison Bolt Volley which can be dodged by casters positioned at max casting range. Finally, you should interrupt Mar'li as quickly as possible when she starts casting Drain Life.
This phase is more complex, given that Mar'li will use Enveloping Webs which will root the entire raid and reset the boss' aggro. In addition, this ability prevents players from casting spells. In order to make your tank's job easier, players should position themselves in melee range of the boss whilst the tank builds threat.
Once this phase finishes, she will transform back into a humand and the raid should re-position themselves at max distance from the boss.
