Gahz'ranka and The Edge of Madness are two summons that require materials that are gathered inside and outside the instance.

For the first summon, you'll need a Fisherman with 300 Fishing skill, as well as bait that can be purchased from Nat Pagle in Dustwallow Marsh. Inside the instance you'll come across schools of fish containing Zulian Mudskunks. Once you've caught five of them, combine them with the bait and use it to fish at Pagle's Point, in Zul'Gurub.

As for the second summon, there is a rotation of four bosses which change every two weeks. To summon one of the bosses, you should craft a Gurubashi Mojo Madness, which can be concocted by an Alchemist who reads a recipe on the wall.

The Ninth Boss

Gahz'ranka

Abilities: Gahz'ranka Slam, Massive Geyser, Frost Breath

Location: At Pagle's Point (6)

Type: Beast

Strategy

Gahz'ranka is not a difficult boss, but mandates proper raid placement. The boss will use melee attacks, as well as Massive Geyser which knocks all players in the air, dealing 500 damage. You should position your melee DPS in the troll ruins, to reduce fall damage, and place your casters in the water.

Loot

Loot

Foror's Eyepatch

Tome of Polymorph: Turtle

Tigule's Harpoon

Edge of Madness

As explained previously, you'll need a flask of Gurubashi Mojo Madness to summon one of the four Edges of Madness. Each boss has a 100% chance to drop one of the pieces required to form Renataki's Charm of Trickery.

Strategies

Gri'lek, with the Iron Blood

Defeating the undead boss Gri'lek is heavily reliant on your ability to kite. When the boss powers up, it will chose a random target to pursue at a very reduced movement speed

Guaranteed Drop: Gri'lek's Blood

Hazza'rah, the Dreamweaver

This boss is an undead Troll Warlock. Hazza'rah will repeatedly use abilities like an AoE Sleep and also summon adds which can be killed in one hit. Finally, the boss will use Mana Burn, unless he is out of mana himself.

Guaranteed Drops: Hazza'rah's Dream Thread

Renataki, of the Thousand Blades

This boss has the abilities of an undead Troll Rogue. He will vanish at regular intervals and Backstab a random target. A Hunter should mark the boss when he is stealthed.

Guaranteed Drops: Renataki's Tooth

Wushoolay, the Storm Witch

Wushoolay is an undead Troll boss. Your tank should keep him away from the rest of the raid while your Hunters, Priests, and Warlocks drain his mana. Once the boss has been completely drained, your melee DPS can join the fight.

If the mana hasn't been properly drained, or if your raid is improperly stacked, there is a strong chance that he will cast heavily damaging spells that will wipe your raid.

Guaranteed Drops: Wushoolay's Mane
