Thankfully, Conqueror was already nerfed via the previous patch, but it still remains incredibly strong. However, Riot Games isn't done with rune and keystone balance changes, and patch 10.1 is directly impacting Omnistone. This weird keystone that replaced Kleptomancy is quite hard to figure out, but it has already proved to be an off-meta build for champions such as Shen and Jayce.
