UPDATE JANUARY 16: Possible price leak
According to Lucas7Yoshi — one of the world's most famous Fortnite dataminers — the skin alone would cost 1,500 V-Bucks. A consequent price although lower than that of a classic Legendary-skin and as much as the last Star Wars skins (Finn or Rey) released last December.
Long conceptualized and imagined by the community itself, the Ninja skin will finally see the day. Epic Games has announced a brand new series of cosmetics, called Icons. The aim of this new series is to "brings the artistic vision, personality, and attitude of top creators to Fortnite, building on previous collaborations with Marshmello and Major Lazer."
The first celebrity who will have the privilege of having his own skin in-game is of course Tyler "Ninja" Blevins — who spearheaded the streaming of the battle royale when it was launched. The skin in question will appear in Item Shop on January 16 at 5:00 PM PDT.
Note that this skin isn't the only cosmetic element related to the streamer. The latter will also be entitled to his own back bling, harvesting tool and even an emote!
Looking at the presentation image of the skin, everything leads us to believe that variations style will be available. Maybe the purchase of the outfit can be done via a dedicated pack. At the time of writing, the price of the skin is still unknown.
