PBE patch 10.5 unveils new changes on the Blade of the Ruined King as well as the items of the Tiamat family.

• Unique passive - Basic attacks deal bonus physical damage on hit equal to 8% target's current health ⇒ 8% target's current health for ranged users, 12% target's current health for melee users
Ravenous Hydra
- Lifesteal increased from 12% to 18%
- Active radius increased from 400 to 450
Titanic Hydra
Unique passive - Cleave
- Basic attack damage increased from [5 + 1% of your max health] to [5 + 1.5% of your max health]
- Splash damage increased from [40 + 2.5% of your max health] to [40 + 3% of your max health]
Spellthief's Edge / Frostfang
