A beta version of a game means regular bug fixes. Valorant is no exception to the rule with a first update done on April 15.
Several minor corrections:
- Cypher's camera made less lethal under certain circumstances
- Patched a number of map exploits
- Fixed audio dropping after consecutive games
These bug fixes are common in games still in beta phase. As shown in the video below from Disguised Toast, you could use a gun with Cypher's camera, making it much more useful than expected.
Riot Games has remained rather vague about the changes made to the game. No complete patch note has been published, just a simple tweet. This is obviously just a minor bug fix, with no gameplay changes — like a Raze's nerf — already requested by lots of players.
