The big content update for April is finally available on Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Many new features are now available on the Nintendo Switch. The Earth Day (or Nature) event begins today with Leaf! Even if the update brings a lot of new things, the official patch note is rather short:

The following visiting merchants can now visit the island.Leif (gardening shop)
- Redd (Jolly Redd’s Treasure Trawler)
- Added seasonal events.
- Addressed issues to further ensure an enjoyable gaming experience

Free items to collect
By downloading the update, you will receive two letters in your box:
- A Bell carpet from the Bank
- A World Map from Nintendo
If the update doesn't start automatically on your console:
- Turn on the console
- Go to the Animal Crossing: New Horizons game icon
- Press "+" (right joy-con)
- Go to "Update": this will automatically search for a new update and install it
