A Deathmatch mode could be deployed in Valorant. Salvator "Volcano" Garozzo has been streaming about it recently. He has announced that the project is already in reflection — or even in production, depending on the interpretation of his words. He doesn't announce any date for the arrival of this mode: "I don't know when it will be available, probably not for launch."
A Deathmatch mode will make it easier for many players to learn the roles and mechanics. Being able to reappear just after death necessarily multiplies the number of situations from which everyone will be able to learn or warm up.
No doubt that Riot Games is already working on many other game modes and maps. Monotony and boredom would probably be very damaging to the popularity of a game such as Valorant.
