According to most dataminers, it was unlikely that patch 12.61 would contain cosmetics files, only a few days before the end of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2. However, a few new outfits were found. These seem to be directly related to the Doomsday event, which will be the grand finale for the current season.

Considering a loading screen leak that appeared via patch 12.61, it's not impossible that the Cyclo outfit is some kind of variant, probably for Midas. Maybe it will be his personal armor to tame (or survive) the storm.
