All free to play games have their extremely rare skins, which only a few veteran players have. This is the case for Fortnite with the Recon Expert skin. It hadn't been in the Item Shop for almost two and a half years.
Today, Epic Games decided to give players a chance to get the skin back. On the occasion of the release of a Recon Expert variant with a hat, the editor has redeployed the skin.
This cosmetic costs 1,200 V-bucks, variant included.
While collectors will be happy to be able to add this anthology skin to their lockers, the return of Recon Expert is sure to rekindle the debate over the rarest skins. Some battle royale veterans believe that certain skins should remain rare forever and only reward the very first players.
Anyway, Epic Games has made the choice to give back access to this highly prized cosmetic, so expect to see more than one Recon Expert in your next games!
