Team No Sweat is the name of Fortnite's insurance company, which wants to reassure people that floods are coming. With the Device event that generated a huge wave threatening to crash on Apollo Island, the repairs will certainly be numerous. It was on Discord that the company communicated:
Apart from the welcome message, only one statement has been posted: "We take it you've also noticed that giant wall of water closing in. Well, we wouldn't sweat it. We've reached out to a Henchman correspondent at The Yatch who told us "eee ooo bblluuhhh," which we can only take as good news. More as further updates perspire... err, transpire."
