TFT Patch 10.13 Notes: A nice buff for Battlecasts

Patch 10.13 is the first update of the second half of Teamfight Tactics: Galaxies!

Considered too weak, Battlecast champions received a pretty nice buff. In the process, Riot swapped the Medium Legends galaxy for a new one: Binary Star!

• Medium Legends Galaxy has been removed from the game.
• Binary Star will occur in 10% of games.
