It seems that Activision has really launched the ultimate phase of the reveal for Call of Duty 2020. Some privileged Call of Duty partners have received packages from the publisher. The package contains a box, perfectly closed and padlocked, which should not be opened before a specific date: Monday, August 10 at 12:00 ET.
The publisher has started a "treasure hunt" with those who received the package: they will have to wait until August 10 at 12PM ET to be able to send a text message to a specific number provided by Activision, in order to receive (in response) the code that will open the lock of the crate.
Anyway, see you in 3 days for the reveal of the future name of this Call of Duty 2020, and maybe some other things!

It's official, Call of Duty 2020 has just been announced by Activision. It'll be developed by the studios Treyarch and Raven. A release window is expected in October or November.
