"I'M BACK, BABY!" — Shroud's message to his community was emphatic.
Like fellow superstar personality Tyler "Ninja" Blevins, Shroud made a staggering comeback to streaming following the collapse of Mixer.
And while Guy "Dr Disrespect" Beahm hit 300,000 with his own comeback stream on YouTube the other day, Shroud blew those numbers out of the water not long after his broadcast began.
With numbers like that, the rain of new subscriptions was inevitable. All in, the comeback was a PR operation perfectly led by Twitch and Shroud.
Once the stream was under way, he spoke with his audience — particularly expresing his satisfaction at returning to Twitch.
He then launched into Valorant, the new Riot Games FPS. However, we still didn't get an answer to the burning question surrounding the streamer — will he go pro in the game?
All in, it was a triumphant return for Shroud to the platform where he made his name.
