Monster Energy continues to make inroads into the gaming arena. After Call of Duty and more recently Death Stranding, the energy drink brand will work with 343 Industries to offer rewards to Halo Infinite players.
Halo's marketing manager, Michael Wolf, explained that this partnership "has been in the works for a long time" and that this will be an opportunity to introduce some new multiplayer elements and content.
From September 1 to December 31, if you buy Halo Infinite x Monster Energy cans, you'll get a multiplayer XP boost via a code. In short, the more you buy, the more you get. Snapchat filters to turn into Master Chief and weapon skins will also be offered. For the hardcore fans, you'll be able to try and win bigger prizes like a trip to France or an Xbox Series X, by entering your receipt via the official Monster Energy website.
It's just another way to calm fans after the postponement of the title to 2021 and the disturbing images broadcast during the Xbox Game Showcase, leaving many gamers perplexed.
Halo Infinite is scheduled for 2021 on Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
