The next free content update on Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be available on September 30, 2020! The perfect moment to celebrate fall and especially the Halloween party. Here are all the new features that you will soon be able to access:
Halloween preparations and harvest pumpkins
Before celebrating the Day of the Dead, you can prepare it in advance throughout the month of October:
- Buy candies at Nook Shop (price: 120 bells each)
- Harvest pumpkins
- Dress up for Halloween with the new outfits (new skin and eye colors will also be available)
Pumpkins then allow you to craft special furniture and accessories. Ideal to decorate your city for Halloween!
Halloween night
The party will take place on October 31 from 5 p.m. to midnight.
- Meet Jack, the czar of Halloween
- Give candy (or not) to your villagers in order to obtain a gift in exchange (or a bad spell)
Nooklink update
An update to the Nooklink mobile app is also scheduled for early October. Now, thanks to the app, you can not only send messages, but also send Reactions directly in the game.
The next free content update
See you at the end of November for the next free update. The icons of Jingle the Reindeer and Franklin the Turkey remind us of two things:
- Christmas celebrations of course,
- The harvest festival and why not the cook feature!
