However, this is not a major leak, since a huge part of the community had already guessed that the kunoichi was making a return.
This will be her first official apperance since Tekken 2, although she did appear in the non-canon Tekken Tag Tournament 1 and 2, where she was gifted a new fighting suit. It ended not being Kunimitsu front Tekken 2, but her daughter who still want to steal Yoshimitsu's blade.
The leaked pictures seem to show her with and without her fox mask, so maybe players will be able to play with her face uncovered. Even without the mask, her makeup evokes the fox, while her name is really close to the japanese word for fox (Kunimitsu -> Kitsune).
There was no real information given about her gameplay or moveset, but she is considered to be the fastest and most agile playable character in the whole series, as her attacks have the highest amount of frames per second.
To balance her speed, she traditionally deals low damage and must fight at close range, even if her flexibility allowed her to perform acrobatics to dodge her opponents blows.
She will have her own stage, called Red Gates, and the release will happen during the final quarter of 2020.
A new character with a new stage will join the battle during the second quarter of 2021, but no more information were given.
New changes were also teased, including new movements, TEKKEN Prowess, a better UI, a new ranking system, and better online play with rollback netcode.
