Among the many changes announced this afternoon by Riot Games, it will now be possible to choose your game server. This change will be available in a few days, as soon as Valorant Act 3 arrives.
Warning: this choice isn't absolute and Riot Games reserves the right to send you to play on a server closer to you if your ping is too high to play in good conditions. It isn't a question of indicating the server on which you'll play but the one on which you would prefer to play.
This change has been motivated by the experience obtained in League of Legends where many players suffer from high pings because of the server to which they're attached by default by their nationality, while another server is actually closer.

The change is currently planned only from the Valorant Immortal rank but should be increased to all levels starting next season if the results are conclusive.
