Genshin Impact has been out for just 12 days now, and is proving to be a big hit. However, some fans are impatient for an update, knowing that a Version 1.1 of the game is in development.
Developer miHoYo have responded via a message on the Chinese Genshin Impact community forum, apologizing for the lack of a patch. They also revealed a roadmap planned for the game until February 2021.

The beta for Version 1.1 is underway, and leaks and rumors have emerged.
An event named "The Unreturned Star" has been uncovered, and is confirmed to arrive with Update 1.1.
However, no information on obtaining Fischl (who you can find in our tier list) via this event has been officially disclosed by the developers.
Here is everything contained in the roadmap (source):
- Version 1.1 - Update scheduled for November 11, when the "The Unreturned Star" event will begin.
- Version 1.2 - Scheduled for December 23 with the arrival of the Dragon's Ridge area, along with events associated with that area.
- Version 1.3 - Scheduled for February 2021 with the arrival of events related to the Sea Light Festival.
Also notable is the fact that the game will be updated every five weeks — as is already the case with the developer's other title, Honkai Impact 3rd.
In addition, we learned that updates will come on Wednesdays.
This is just a small detail that may not seem important, but many games tend to release their updates on Thursdays.
miHoYo also revealed that they are working to fix several bugs and crashes reported by players.
They also said that the delay of a festival that was expected was due to the many adjustments needed to be made,
