As patch 5.4 of Final Fantasy XIV is planned to be released on Tuesday 8, the Developers' Blog revealed the upcoming changes on the UI that will come with this update.
Displaying Adventurer in Need
Starting patch 5.4 players will be able to see adventurers in need directly from the duty finder before clicking on any roulette.
Linking Quests in Chat
From there on players will also be able to link quests in chat, making it easier to ask for help for a specific quest.
Rework of the "Search Recipes Using This Material" system
With Patch 5.4 players will be able to use this system in other windows than just their inventory. The system will now include:
- Market board
- Vendors
- Lists
- Loot
- Items in the chat
- Results found using this method
Unreal Trials objectives and Community Finder
On Tuesday, players will now have an easier time accessing the Community Finder page using a direct link in the game at the top of the social tab.
On the other hand, for the Unreal Trials player will now set beforehand the completion requirement of the party finder.
FFXIV Special Site update revealed a new glamour with a hat and Bahamut jacket, a new Dragon mount, and visuals of the new treasure map.
