Twenty-four teams will contest the biggest CS:GO event of the year so far. Here's the talent that will be guiding you through IEM Katowice 2021.

CS:GO Talent revealed for IEM Katowice 2021

A staple of the CS:GO calendar, IEM Katowice sees twenty-four of the world's best go head to head for a million-dollar prize pool. 

The event takes place February 16-28, and covers two stages — the Play-In Stage and the Main Event. 

Brought on board to bring you all the action are the following talented catsers and on-air personalities: 

  • Desk Host: Tres "stunna" Saranthus
  • Analysts: Janko "YNk" Paunović, Aleksandar "kassad" Trifunović, Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund
  • Casters: Alex "Machine" Richardson, Chad "SPUNJ" Burchill, Harry Russell, Hugo Byron
  • Interviewer: Frankie Ward

The Play-In Stage sees 16 teams go head to head for just eight spots in the Main Event, where they join the invited teams. 

The Play-In contenders are as follows:

The victorious eight will join the following heavyweights: 

  • Heroic
  • Team Vitality
  • Astralis
  • Natus Vincere
  • G2 Esports
  • FaZe Clan
  • FURIA Esports
  • Evil Geniuses

The Main Event starts with the teams split into two groups, where they'll face a BO3, double-elimination bracket. Six teams advance to the single-elimination Playoffs, which are BO3 until the Grand Final, which is BO5.
