After a long wait, League of Legends: Wild Rift is finally coming to North America.
From today, players will be able to download and play the open beta, which first came to Brazil in 2020 and then spread to Asia and Europe throughout the year.
With it comes Patch 2.2, which among other things introduces ARAM to the game.
Other changes include a position preference test, which allows players to nominate their position when queuing as in the main game, and the start of Ranked Season 2 — with Glorious Jinx on offer for those who achieve Gold with at least 10 wins.
Galio joins the roster along with three new items — Force of Nature, Frozen Heart, and Winged Moonplate. Nine champions and fourteen items seeing changes.
The Wild Pass acts as a kind of battle pass, and sees Hexplorer Jax — a skin unique to the mobile game — offered as one of many rewards.
The usual skins, goodies and balance changes are also present.
For full 2.2 patch notes, you can check the official Wild Rift site.
