After last night's Nintendo Direct and the Bandai Namco conference, an E3 Awards ceremony was held for the first time.
They ended the show by rewarding the best conferences of 2021, as well as the most anticipated games. Hosted by Greg Miller, Jacki Jing and Alex "Goldenboy" Mendez, the live broadcast ceremony named the winners with votes from numerous media outlets around the world.
The Winners of the E3 Awards 2021
Of all the conferences it was the Xbox and Bethesda show that won the gold medal. We must admit that the presentation was rather dynamic and allowed us to see some highly anticipated titles becoming clearer like Starfield or Halo Infinite. With its sublime trailer for Forza Horizon 5, the Xbox conference was very popular with journalists and the virtual audience. Even the announcement of the Xbox Mini Fridge caused a sensation, and a longer show is scheduled for June 17, 2021.
