Season 4 of Warzone is rapidly approaching its halfway stage, and despite no official confirmation from the publisher or developer, several players are convinced that they have managed to determine the exact start date for the second half of the season.
The previous season of post-launch content started off with a bang, with new points of interest added into Verdansk, the arrival of John Rambo and John McClane as part of the 80s Action Heroes event, and the usual dose of bug fixes in order to keep the battle royale a smooth experience for all.
Despite starting on the front foot with the release of a brand-new limited-time event and the usual addition of new weapons into the arsenal, Season 4 is beginning to slow down as focus begins to turn towards the beginning of Season 5.
So when exactly is Season 4 Reloaded starting?
Season 4 Reloaded Start Date
A number of leaks and rumors surrounding the release date of Season 4 Reloaded have pointed to it beginning on July 15th, much to the excitement of a community that has been craving some kind of new content since the start of the season.
No details surrounding the size of the update have been revealed, but based on previous mid-season updates, we can expect the size to be significantly smaller than the updates which go live at the beginning of a season.
Warzone
Season 4 of Warzone has already seen the addition of satellite wreckages as new points of interest, so it's unlikely that new POIs will be making an appearance in Season 4 Reloaded.
As per the Season 4 roadmap, two new weapons will be making their way into the arsenal.
The OTs 9 submachine gun and the Mace melee weapon will be available once the mid-season update goes live, and considering the overpowered nature of new weapons that have arrived in recent months, there is every chance that the OTs 9 makes a huge impact on the existing metagame.
