It's been a while since Nintendo last announced a new content update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. E3 2021 was a disappointment for many fans, and Nintendo has received a lot of criticism about the lack of new content. So, this announcement has a lot of fans excited.
Here's what to expect in the August update.
Update 1.11 Release Date
The next free update will take place this Thursday, July 29 at 5:00 am in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The update should begin automatically.
Fireworks
This year, the fireworks will take place every Sunday at 7:00 pm in August:
- Sunday, August 1
- Sunday, August 8
- Sunday, August 15
- Sunday, August 22
- Sunday, August 29
You can drop in custom patterns and designs for the fireworks by speaking to Isabelle.
Cotton Candy and New Seasonal Items
As for the new seasonal items available in the Nook store, here is the list:
