The K-pop group Blackpink has come to PUBG in a complete collaboration that brings skins, weapons, emotes and different content packs.
It's a pleasant surprise that adds a little more color to one of the oldest battle royale on the scene.
PUBG: Blackpink skins release date
The collaboration is already under way on PC, having started on August 4, and is coming to consoles on August 12.
The collaboration was announced through a post on the official PUBG Instagram account, with a video that you can see below.
How to get Blackpink skins in PUBG
Each of the four members of Blackpink -- Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé -- have their own packs. They will be available for purchase in the store from the release of PUBG version 13.1.
There'll be no way to get them for free, at least for now.
Each of the skins are based, or directly extracted, from videos or promotional events in which the artists appear.
Jisoo wears an outfit from when the group promoted Lovesick Girls, Jennie wears her DDU-DU DDU-DU outfit, Lisa also goes back to the Lovesick Girls era for her skin, and Rosé is inspired by a similar era.
However, you're not getting the singers' facial likenesses in the game, just the costumes, hairstyles and other features.
Blackpink items in PUBG
In addition to the artists' outfits, there will also be a series of personalized items, including weapons, helmets, and backpacks.
There are also emotes featuring iconic Blackpink choreography.
