The Diamond Weapon is the latest challenge added to Final Fantasy XIV and is availablein Normal and Extreme difficulty. This Thursday, October 28, the EU community team of FFXIV has decided on a challenge of defeating this titan with a team composed of paladins only.
This event will also be an opportunity for the teams to look back at all the informations on Endwalker that we have had so far.
The fight against Diamond will be open to all paladins who have unlocked the challenge, but please note that it is first come first served and that you'll need to be quick to be able to join the Party Finder.
To participate in this event you can go to Twintania at the aetheryte of Porta Praetoria in The Lochs, the stream will be available here from 10am (PDT)
The extreme version of this fight loots several very interesting items like:
- The Diamond Mount
- The plating needed to craft the barding & the trophy
- The music of the fight
- Ilvl 525 weapons
In addition to these loots, participating in the stream will grant you a chance to win various prizes:
- Some figurines
- A cat lamp
- Stuffed animals
- A Namazu lamp
This event is once again a good way to stay busy until Endwalker's release which arrives in just 30 days.
Many changes are to be expected with Endwalker, both with the classes and the already existing features. The new eight-player raid tier "Pandemonium" will also be introduced with the expansion.
