For this first step, wood will have to be harvested by destroying ships placed in two places on the map.
- The Viking ship is located west of the map, at the top of a frozen mountain in the Viking village.
- The Pirate ship is located north of the map, moored in the village of Lazy Lagoon.
Wood can be harvested from any part of the ship as long as it is wood. Once 100 units of wood have been harvested from a ship, it is time to move on to the second stage.
