Several Pokemon will have access to moves previously unavailable to them, including the three Legendary Birds from Generation I — Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres.
There will also be two new attacks added to the game.
Changes to the combat system:
- Bug fix: When a Trainer's Pokémon is knocked out in PvP combat, the battle will briefly pause to allow more time for the Trainer to choose their next Pokémon. This will also avoid Pokémon damaging each other when withdrawn to their Poké Balls.
- Charged Attack gameplay will also be updated with new mechanics based around tapping and swiping.
