Role lock will not be the only new feature for Stage 4 of the Overwatch League. Indeed, a new platform — called "League Picks" and allowing fans and spectators to win OWL tokens — has just been announced.

With these tokens you can buy Overwatch League team skins in-game and the number of tokens you will get will certainly depend on the bet you have made. Indeed, you will be able to bet on the simple result of a match but also on more complex aspects — requiring analytical skills and a good knowledge of the game — according to the digital technology manager of the OWL, Ryan Davidson.
This addition will be done on July 25 and will be in beta test to see how fans react to it.
