Following a final hotly contested by GO1 and SonicFox, Bandai Namco unveiled the official trailer for Janemba, the next character to come to the game via DLC.
He arrives sooner rather than later, too — playable from August 8 for $5 or included in the FighterZ Season 2 pass.
Janemba's DLC will include:
- Janemba as a playable character from August 8
- Choice of five outfit colors
- A lobby avatar and Z thumbnail
However, the real surprise of this announcement was the very first gameplay trailer of Gogeta SSGSS — previously leaked through a product sheet from a Nintendo store — coming up against Janemba.
Evo 2019 certainly had some surprises in store — SNK officially confirmed the development of a new numbered episode of its flagship fighting game series, King of FIghters.
