RiotMort once more added some details about the changes that are currently tested in the PBE of Teamfight Tactics. These changes are "incredibly subject to change, but [Riot] want to get some player feels on it."

Patch 9.16 just hit the live servers of Teamfight Tactics, and Patch 9.16b will quickly follow in the next few days. As usual, Riot will use this micro-patch to push some tweaks and balance changes on several champions. Brace yourselves, because the current dominating champions of the meta — Jinx and Draven — will get hit by the nerf hammer.
Since the Gunslinger synergies became incredibly strong with the addition of Hextech champions — we're looking at you Brawler/Gunslinger composition — the nerf of Lucian also seems well-deserved. Nevertheless, since the Noble buff implemented with patch 9.16 was reverted with a hotfix, nerfing Kayle just seems a bit too much.
The Assassin trait is once more subject to changes: Riot finally decided to add a critical strike chance within the Trait bonus. Will we see the Ninjas/Assassins rise again? Until next live patch, the question still remains...
