Something is absolutely certain: Sett is going to change the overall gameplay of the toplane. Volibear's rework is also coming, which should have a direct impact on the meta. However, a lot more changes are going to impact the meta that is currently heavily centered on the mid and the botlane.
Looking closely at the first buffs and nerfs introduced with patch 10.1, it seems that Riot is also aiming at some changes on the Support champions.
