The Fortnite x Star Wars collaboration seems to be continuing. After some cosmetics and a live event broadcasting an exclusive footage of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker in Risky Reels, Epic Games and Disney are preparing another surprise for us, and this one seems to be a big one!
Streaming star Tyler "Ninja" Blevins revealed on his Twitter account that he was working with American actor Mark Hamill — best known for originating the role of Luke Skywalker. It's easy to imagine that something related to the main character of the next and final movie in the saga should appear in the game.
A skin of the famous Jedi could close out this collaboration in style. Images where Mark Hamill plays with Ninja have also been unveiled, so we can hope for a little more than just cosmetics.
If that is indeed the case, Fortnite x Star Wars would be the most rewarding partnership never seen before in Epic Games' battle royale.
We don't have much information for the moment, but the wait shouldn't be too long given the unveiling is due on Thursday — a day before the official release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
