General Rules
- Teams are awarded points based on their performances in their respective Spring and Summer Split.
- The following four teams ranked by Championship Points will qualify for Regional Finals.
- The winning Regional Finals team will qualify for the Play-In Stage of the 2019 World Championship as the region's third seed.
- The winning Summer Split team will qualify to the 2019 World Championship as the region's first seed.
- The team with the highest Championship Points will qualify to the 2019 World Championship as the region's second seed.
- First team: 90 pts
- Second Team: 70 pts
- Third & Fourth Teams: 55 pts
- Fifth & Sixth Teams: 20 pts
