The only appearance of this class in the series was in the Lord of Destruction extension of Diablo 2. Nevertheless, the Druid had made a strong impression. This character can be considered as a class to do everything. On the one hand he can turn into a werewolf to attack frantically and into a werewolf to charge into the pile and devastate everything a little like a Barbarian.
At the same time he can summon natural creatures to assist him in battle, for example 2 wolves a bit like the Demon Hunter. But it doesn't stop there, it also has spells that can be used remotely, whether it's the projection of a big rock, an electrified strike, or even a lightning call. His Cataclysm technique can change the weather, tornadoes and lightning will then hit enemies randomly, which is obviously not without reminding the Witch. In other words, depending on his specialization choices, the Druid can play in radically different ways and inflict physical and lightning damage, among other things.
The Druid's resource is the Spirit, whose functioning seems quite similar to that of the Monk of Diablo 3. The Spirit recharges slowly, but some basic techniques can be used to generate some with each attack.
Some of the Druid's talents allow him to accumulate damage or defense bonuses, for example, every time he changes form.
