Following the end of the Season, Riot is pushing a quick micro patch notably to balance Aphelios which was considered completely unbalanced by the community. Drakes and lethality items are also affected by this update which should be the last of the year!

LoL Patch 9.24b notes: Aphelios nerfed, drakes & item balanced

A few days after the release of patch 9.24, Riot is introducing a quick micro patch to League of Legends, with the aim of balancing some recent buffs and reworks brought by Rise of the Elements.

The main target is obviously Aphelios, and notably, his completely overpowered ultimate, but some modifications were also brought to the Drake buff. The Elder Dragon is also targeted, but it appears that the execute threshold of its buff won't be affected.

Patch 9.4b also brings some changes for some lethality items, but nothing very incredible.
