Recently impacted by Rise of the Elements, Lethality items are still really powerful in the current meta. However, it appears they don't really match Energized ones, which pushed a lot of players to favor this latter itemization instead of the first one. This quick buff of first-tier items should change this, notably by offering a little more juice to the early and the mid-game, where Lethality items should especially be stronger.
