Lately, a Korean build emerged for ADC, where you would build three Agility Cloak immediately after your Infinity Edge to reach a 100% critical chance. This strategy was clearly recommended when you were feeling ahead, with the alternative being to build a Stormrazor first and going for the classical build path.

With the nerf of both the Stormrazor and the Agility Cloak, things are going to change a lot in the bot lane...

Stormrazor

• AD reduced: 55 → 50

Agility Cloak

• Critical Chance reduced: 25 → 20%

Frozen Heart

• Amor increased: 100 → 110
