Soon after the deployment of Fortnite's 11.40 update, Epic Games announced on its official website what will be the next cosmetics line to be released. Named Icons, the series will aim to regularly offer in-store skins and accessories related to stars of the gaming, film and music industries.
The Mixer streamer Ninja will be the first personality to be put forward via this series. His dedicated skin, back bling, harvesting tool and emote will appear in the January 16 Item Shop. That's not all, because the Icons presentation illustration reveals who will be the next two personalities to be in the spotlight:
Although these two content providers aren't as well known as Ninja on a global scale, they are expected to be quickly joined by other celebrities as the official article states that the film and music communities will be on board.
It remains to be seen how often the Icon Series will be added to the Item Shop, and what the price of the cosmetics will be!
A skin representing Ninja, the prominent Fortnite streamer, will soon appear in the Epic Games battle royale. The official files have been discovered by dataminers, following the deployment of the patch 11.40 update.
