During yesterday Activision Blizzard conference Rob Kostich confirmed that Warzone will be tightly integrated with the next Call of Duty of 2020.

Yesterday, Rob Kostich, Activision's President, made an interesting announcement during the company's conference. Warzone and the upcoming Call of Duty will be linked with the addition of a new gameplay experience for the world of Call of Duty. However, Warzone will remain independent from other CoDs in order to offer different content to free-to-play players.

And what you should expect is that there will be a very tight integration between the two. Modern Warfare and Warzone are obviously very tightly connected, and I think that’s really important for the player base
