League of Legends: Three New Champions Announced

Samira just made it to League of Legends but it looks like Riot Games is not done for 2020 as they confirmed two new champions on this year roadmap and teased the first of 2021.

Riot Games wants to keep up with 6 new champions per year, one for each position and two for the mid lane (a mage and a melee champion).

So far in 2020, the rift welcomed:

  • A top laner (Sett)
  • A jungler (Lillia)
  • A melee mid laner (Yone)
  • An ADC (Samira)

A mage is still missing for the mid lane as well as a support and good news, Riot Games looks confident about releasing them on time.

"Become a Fan" is the new teasing for the incoming champion, the "rising star" could be Seraphine, fitting the title nicely as she joined the K/DA comics.

Far from the spotlights and sparkles the second champion teased on this roadmap is said to be "extremely dangerous" and "heavily armored".

Quick and powerful the champions should most likely be a tank and could therefore be a support while the previously mentioned star would head to the mid-lane.

Last but not least, Obsession. Not that this is the name of the champion, it's just how Riot Games decided to tease the upcoming jungle.

Designed as a skirmisher the new champions should make it to the rift in early 2021 and is described as quite a twisted character.
