The first update of Fortnite Season 5 is the famous Christmas patch, which puts all the end-of-year festivities in-game. Traditionally, this is the time of year when the map suddenly turns snowy, and we can complete some challenges that often give us free skins.
We still don't know exactly what's going to happen to us this year, but Epic Games has already leaked information on two new weapons and on a new set of quests.
Update 15.10 has been deployed. Maintenance is complete and the servers are available. You can play the game once the installation is finished.
Thanks to the patch content notice delivered by Epic Games to a few influencers, we know in broad outline some of the new additions of v15.10:
- 120FPS on new generation consoles
- Possibility to delete the pre-edit
- New weapons
- New LTM
- Two free skins
- More free cosmetics
Last year, the festive season was marked by a virtual advent calendar — every day, we opened a gift and obtained a skin, a cosmetic, a coating... We hope we'll get something similar for this 2020 edition!
