Even with the recent announcement of Version 2.0, miHoYo continues to reveal more events coming to Genshin Impact. On this particular occasion, “Taste of Summer” is a fan art contest that will reward selected Travelers with juicy items.
In order to participate, contestants need to create an illustration that focuses on a character from the game and at least one Teyvat specialty dish. The illustration needs to be colored and it mustn’t have any text, word or letter, apart from the author’s signature, which should be in any of the four corners of the picture.
To submit your work, you need to enter here and press the “Post Image” button. Then you should sign in with the UID of the account that you would like to receive your reward in case you end up winning. Also, it’s worth mentioning that Travelers should post their illustration with a name (as a title in the post) and the addition of drafts or sketches of the work as evidence of the process are recommended.
After following these instructions, you’ll be a participant in the contest. And what could you win by doing so? Well, there are four different bundles of useful and attractive rewards.
Ten participants will be able to win the “Summer Luck Bundle”, which gives ten Random Character Badges.
Then, the “Delicious Memories Bundle” will be gifted to six winners and it features Primogems ×1,000, a "Duel at the Golden House" Hang-Up Poster and a random Character Stand.
The best works will be rewarded with the “Exploration of Taste Bundle” and the “Summer Memories Bundle”. The former will gift three contestants with Primogems ×3,000, one random Character Portrait Phone Stand, one "Duel at the Golden House" Hang-Up Poster and one random Character Stand.
Finally, the first prize winner will receive Primogems ×5,000 and the Mondstadt "City of Winds and Idylls" Original Soundtrack Gift Box.
