We recently told you about FIFA 22 having a restrictive DRM (Digital Rights Management) system in place — the description on Steam stated a “1 machine activation limit” — but EA has now confirmed that this is not the case.
An EA spokesperson has confirmed to Eurogamer that FIFA 22 will not have a limit of installations on PC. The Steam description has been updated to reflect this change.

FIFA 22 Ultimate Edition is available for pre-order, and includes Early Access from September 27. The standard edition will be available on October 1.
