A few days ago, Activision and Raven Software unveiled not only the roadmap for season 4 of Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Vanguard, but also the official trailer.
If at first sight nothing indicates on these last that the zombies should be back in the Battle Royale, the developers have however left some clues on the official blog of the game . The return of the zombies, good or bad idea?
Zombies back in Warzone?
Several months ago, when the town of Verdansk was still playable in Call of Duty: Warzone, an event brought players face to face with zombies. And if this event had a rather mixed reception, the recent discovery of the community leaves the players more than perplexed.
Everything is indeed happening on the official blog of the game, with what seems to be the teaser of the return of zombies in Warzone. Indeed, the developers left some rather curious words there , and so we can read " strange rumors about a wave of the living dead ". If in the roadmap unveiled a few days ago no event seems to go in this direction and/or is not indicated, the developers then added, still on the official blog of the game, that this will be an ultimate test for the Operators.
Following this discovery, the players quickly reacted on the social network Reddit . Ouch! What seemed like a good move for Raven Software actually turns out to be a bad idea for gamers. According to some comments, wanting to reintroduce zombies into the Battle Royale is just " a dumb idea ".
Following the publication of the various opinions of the players, perhaps Raven Software will decide to backtrack and cancel this event, which, we remind you, has not yet been truly formalized? Business to follow during this season 4 which will begin on June 22.

Anyway, if we don't really know whether or not the zombies will make their return to Warzone through the city of Caldera, one thing is certain: they will be there in Vanguard!
