As mentioned previously, a new evaluation system is coming to Pokemon GO — making it far easier to see if your Pokémon's IVs are up to scratch.
However, that's not all that's coming to Niantic's app — new information about Team Rocket has been released which confirms the teasers released at the Pokémon GO Fest in Dortmund and between the various Pokémon social media channels.
It appears an event is incoming which will lead to PvP battles with members of the nefarious Team Rocket.
The biggest change to the game is perhaps the addition of Shadow Pokémon. Corrupted by Team Rocket, these Pokémon will need to be found and purified. In the game, they will appear like this:
The new update has already begun being rolled out to Trainers, while the Shadow Pokémon are not live server-side at this time.
No doubt they will become available very soon, however, so update your app and keep your eyes peeled!
