In a official release on November 8, Blizzard announced a new wave of free migrations for players with characters on highly-populated servers in World of Warcraft Classic. These transfers have been active as of 1100 PST on November 11.
In addition, Blizzard announced the following events:
- Free character migration
- Removal of Layering on all servers
- Introduction of the Honour system and World Bosses

Important Note: This phase of migrations is still subject to some restrictions:
- Migration to Sul'trhaze (Brazil) & Stalagg (Mexico) is no longer possible.
- Migration from Atiesh, Benediction, and Yojamba (Australia) is no longer possible

November 12: An End to Layering
Following a server restart at 0300 PST this Tuesday, all servers will run on a single layer. Blizzard warned players on busier servers to expect hefty queues and resolutely encourages players on impacted servers to make the most of free migration from the following servers:
- Arugal
- Faerlina
- Herod
- Whitemane
November 14: PvP Honour System and World Bosses
An update will be available from 1100 PST for US players. This patch will introduce both the PvP Honour system and the World Bosses Azuregos and Kazzak.
Following the release of Phase 2, Blizzard has published a list of free transfers available to EU players, in addition to their plans for the next few months.
