Following the introduction of 'Rise of the Elements' and the future addition of Aphelios, two champions are going to be a bit reworked: Diana & Wukong!
Diana Rework
Diana is one of these League of Legends champions that's always super fun to play while somehow feeling a bit inconsistent. This new rework should help her during the pre-6 laning phase, and give her more impact in teamfights during the mid and late game.
Perhaps you felt that Diana's ability kit was somehow inconsistent, and Riot Games certainly felt the same. Following this logic, a slight rework of the champion is currently tested on the PBE.
Wukong Rework
After months of tests, Riot Games seems to finally be satisfied with Wukong's rework as they announced on twitter that the current build will be the one making it to live servers on patch 10.6!
Balance Changes
Q — Five Point Strike
• Hitbox behind Akali was removed
• Rank 5 — Bonus damage to minions reduced: 133% → 125%
Q — Bandage Toss
• Cooldown reduced: 12-8 → 10-8
E — Judgement
• Spins per attack speed: 1 per 20% → 1 per 25%
• Damage increase per level reduced: 8.2 → 6.6
E — Inspire
• Shield value increased: 70/95/120/145/170 → 80/110/140/170/200
Q — Null Sphere
• Cooldown increased: 9 → 11-9
W — Nether Blade
• Mana restore reduced: 4-8% → 4-6% missing mana
Q — Overload
• Damage reduced: 80-180 → 65-165
• HP per level increased: 86 → 95
E — Frenzying Taunt
• Cooldown changed: 12 → 12/11.5/11/10.5/10
• HP per level lowered: 85 to 75
Passive — Absolution
• Soul drop rate on minions killed lowered: 5.55% → 1.67%
• Clones no longer drop souls
• Allied Bards can no longer kill souls with Q
Q — Piercing Darkness
• Damage lowered: (50/80/110/140/170 (+50% bAD)] → 40/70/100/130/160 (+40% bAD)
W — Last Embrace
• Root duration changed: [1.45/1.65/1.85/2.05/2.25s] → [1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25s]
R — Dawning Shadow
• Damage AP ratio increased: 40% → 50%
• Shield AP ratio increased: 40% → 50%
• Base AD increased: 61 → 63
Passive — Bop & Block
• Shield increased from [50-300] to [50-390]
• Full values: 50/60/70/85/100/115/130/150/170/190/210/230/250/270/300/330/360/390
• Now restores mana
• Value: 50/56/63/69/76/82/89/95/102/108/115/121/128/134/141/147/154/160
Q — Prowling Projectile
• Mana increased from 75/80/85/90/95/100 to 85/90/95/100/105/110
• Damage AP ratio lowered from 45% to 30%
• Empowered damage increased from [50/85/120/155/190/225 (+65% AP)] to [50/95/140/185/230/275 (+40%)]
• Projectile duration lowered from 3s to 2s
W — You and Me!
• Flat adaptive force increased from 5/7/9/11/13 to 12/14/16/18/20
• Adaptive Force % increased from 4/7/10/13/16% to 12/14/16/18/20%
