In order to earn the Best in the Business trophy in Final Fantasy VII Remake, you'll need to have completed all 26 sidequests.
However, some are easily missed, and you will need to replay Chapter 9 once you have the Chapter Select option in order to access the final two quests. Your choices determine which path you take in Wall Market:
- The Party Never Stops leads to A Dynamite Body
- The Price of Thievery leads to Shear's Counterattack

Notes
- The Party Never Stops leads to a new Johnny Encounter, so make sure you do it if you want to earn The Johnny Experience trophy.
- Return to the Colosseum before moving on with the story, so you can complete the Aerith vs Wild Animals challenge and pick up her Planet's Protection Level 2 Limit Break.
- Your choices in Chapter 3 help determine which dress Tifa will wear.
